Chose this hotel originally for the price despite it being a little away from main Cork. One of the best hotels we stayed in during our time in Ireland. The restaurant was really amazing too.!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our feedback is regarding bathroom towels. We hung up our used towels so that we could use them again but every time we came back, they were gone. Please be clear with how we keep our towels.

Got in after a late flight. The person who checked in was very friendly. Our room was spacious but could use a lot of improvement. The carpet was quite filthy, and the toilet flush sounded the horn of Gondor and went on for 10 minutes until my husband fiddled with it. Half of the outlets didn’t work. In the morning when my husband went to grab the shuttle to the airport, it didn’t show up. Poor communication from front line staff regarding shuttle whereabouts and timing ensued and my he wound up walking to the airport instead after waiting for 30-40 minutes. Just an “ok” place to stay if absolutely needed after a late flight. Also the hairdryer is a “hold down the button the entire time” dryer, if that matters to anyone. I guess just that combined with the other issues are not what I’d expect for a 4-star hotel.
