Love this hotel, but we had a TV with 3 large white spots on screen and we could not access Pay for view movies, or even get a TV guide. They came up but could not fix any of it, so no Tv all week. Not happy.

Our stay was really good and comfortable. The kids activities over the New years' week was amazing. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Proximity to great restaurants, activities and shopping was a great plus. We enjoyed our New Year's weekend stay a lot and would definitely come back.

We had a great trip here for 5 days. The property is very clean and the restaurants inside are good. Some of it could use a little updating like the hot tub and outdoor area, but overall it’s a very nice place.

This place was really good. We've been in quite few places and this hotel is in our top 10. If we ever go to Clearwater this will be our spot. From comfy, clean and spaces rooms, great views, to top dining . 5 stars from us. Oh and the location was perfect

Loved our 2 bedroom suite with balcony on the water. Reasonable price for the quality in great location, close to many entertainment options, beach stores, walking areas. 45 minutes from Busch gardens 2 hours from Orlando. Made great day trips! Beautiful beach and great food at the hotel. Loved it!

This place is so misleading. When you book an ocean view room it is a partial view room, when you ask about it they tell you they only have 4 rooms and they are not available. They automatically assume you have a car and charge you daily parking fee. Front staff is very rude and they do not want to hear what you have to say or any questions you may ask. Oh yes, the pool, is in the shade, and there are a few chairs in the sun area but away from the pool rest is shaded. This establishment is not worth the money at all!!!!!
