It is advertised as dog friendly and our room certainly was, doors opened onto a large garden, perfect for our dog. The room was large, bed comfortable.
However dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, you are expected to eat in the bar. This wasn’t a problem until we realised that there were only low tables in the bar, impossible to eat from. The staff soon sorted the issue and set up a proper dining table in the bar.
We had an evening meal and breakfast, both decent quantity and quality.
I used the pool which was not busy at all, spa provided towels, I would say changing area could be updated.
