It was next door to the hotel that was having our convention, so it was walkable. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was not included in the price which was disappointing. Overall l was happy.

Jorge was very amazing at checkin and later. Room was as comfy and had everything we needed. Close to a neighbor hotel for our convention. Nice to have coffee in the lobby all day. For the price it seemed breakfast could’ve been included.

Did not have acsessible room or shower chair on the reservation but found one. Tub appeared dirty from some stain. Bed too soft for me. Otherwise no issues and the breakfast was good.

The staff wasn’t very friendly when we checked in. The toilet made a terrible noise that sounded like the porcelain was breaking every single time we flushed. The road noise was horrible. The housekeeper left a big bag of trash from takeout the night before in our room.

My husband and I chose this hotel specifically for being so close to the American Airlines Center. The staff was nice and the lobby was beautiful. In our room, a lamp didn't work (not a huge deal) and our pillows were very flat (big deal). When we checked out the following day, the process went smoothly. But when we walked to our vehicle, we saw a car's window near ours was busted. When we drove out of the parking lot, we saw another vehicle with its window broken. Due to that, we did not feel safe and will not return.

Room 331 has a terrible clicking noise each time the AC kicks in. It made it very inconvenient. Also, the rooms are not very soundproof as we could hear the occupants of the next room arguing. Woke up several times. Soundproof rooms or a sound machine could improve the experience.
