Me and my sister-in-law were attending an event in the Wind Creek event center. The front desk was not staffed sufficiently, so there was a wait to get checked in to our room.
Okay, things happen, and we had a couple hours before the show. Then we get to the room, and the TV is not working. I called them immediately and they said they would send somebody up. I called again about a half hour later, and once again they said they would let the staff know. More than two hours later no one had come to service the TV, and we had to leave for the show.
We get back to the room after the show, and called again. Waited over half an hour, and as you can imagine, we were tired and just wanted to rest, but I sleep with the TV on. Called one last time, and the guy came about 20 minutes after we called.
As if the inconvenience wasn’t enough in terms of having to call several times, and then coming back to the room and having to call again, it literally took the tech two minutes to fix (one of the wires was crossed) and he took care of it. The tech was very polite and friendly. It just seemed to me that they are understaffed.
