Utility room with washer and dryer. There is also bar seating for 2 and a breakfast nook seating 4. A further seating area has 3 seater sofa, loveseat, armchair, 40” flatscreen TV, DVD player and patio doors to pool area. Bedroom 2 is downstairs and has a queen bed, double closet and 20” flatscreen TV. Adjacent bathroom has shower, basin and WC and is also accessible from pool area.

Upstairs: The master bedroom is upstairs and is very large. There is a king size bed, 24” TV, DVD player and very large walk in closet. The en-suite bathroom has an oval tub, separate shower cubicle, twin basins and WC. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, double closet and 20” flatscreen TV. Bedroom 4 has twin beds, double closet and flatscreen TV. Bedroom 5 has twin beds and double closet. Family bathroom has bath/shower, single basin and WC. The game room is really lovely and has a pool table, foosball and a 32" TV, DVD player.

To the rear there is a fully screened, larger than average pool with surrounding patio deck. There is a patio table seating 4 and 4 sun loungers so you can relax in the glorious Florida sunshine.

There is a double garage, off street parking for 2 cars, free WIFI and long distance calling and grocery stores/restaurants are only 5 minutes away. Major parks are a short 10-15 minute drive.
