Good overall but the bathroom needs maintenance, some things were broken. The recepcionist refused to provide us an extra bed when it's included in the service list. I called expedia and as always they did not take responsability and their answer was: it's upt to the hotel.

Not good housekeeping service.
It was relative good experience. The only issue my fiancé and I had was we stayed for three total days and did not have our room cleaned one time. I let the concierge’s know at the desk upon checkout that this keeps me from wanting to rebook this hotel, which I had a good recommendation from.

I called in the morning to ask about an early check-in and was told that would be possible…but they didn’t want my name or reservation number which was odd. When we arrived around 1 pm, it was very difficult to find me an appropriate room with two beds. It took three people consulting, both computers, and quiet asides to finally find something…with one bed and a handicap room with no bathroom counter. Not a great way to plan ahead when someone calls and asks for early check-in.
