In spite of an odd, limited check in hours (until 8 pm?), I was called and asked about my arrival time. I was informed my room key was in a box, given my room # and the code to get into the box. When I arrived, the after hours clerk was checking in another guest, while I had retrieved my key already, he officially completed the check in. Reggie is a really nice, professional guy. It was after dark, so, limited viewing, but after getting up and walking in daylight, this place seems really well maintained and clean. Thanks!

This has been the worst vacation spot I have ever been to. Starting with the door to the room I was assigned that barely opened. The pillows stank of moisture. The bathroom was in terrible condition. The bathroom floor around the toilet had urine on it and the bath was clogged with hair. There was no hot water. There was never any Internet. Finally, they told me they would give me a refund and they lied to me since they never submitted one.

Wonderful and helpful staff at the desk and on property. Bathroom vanity and shower basin needs fixed/updated, some dust in the usual area that normally gets overlooked (inside lampshade on bulb, a few other inconspicuous areas) but not complaining about anything really. Everything else was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall was good experience especially with it being right after a hurricane. Would recommend staying anytime.

Ok so when we got there there’s a sign on the door that says there’s no wifi and the pool is closed. It also mentioned electrical issues and that the property is still under renovations. For the price I wasn’t expecting a lot so the room was fine. It was clean. There was no mirror in the bathroom which was weird. The first day the hallway lights were out. The second day the rooms had no electricity at all. All of our food that was in the fridge from the first day spoiled. We weren’t able to do most of the things we planned the second day due to no lights. It was pretty disappointing but we made due. To me I just thought someone from the office would at least leave notes on the door to apologize for the inconvenience…but they only had a sign on the front office door with a number to call if we needed anything… If someone falls down the stairs since it’s pitch black outside and the elevator doesn’t work they’d probably get sued.

Expedia should be ashamed of having this accommodation on its books. The room didn’t lock and we had to change rooms. Few of the light fixtures worked and the furniture was in appalling condition. Lamps were rusted and the floors were dusty and there were no mirrors either in bathroom or bedroom. There was no wifi and the staff (one person) had little idea of what was going on. You should give me a free rental in return. I shall not be using Expedia again otherwise. A horrible experience.

So other than a couple of issues the stay was fine. We came for BikeToberfest right after Hurricane Milton just smacked Florida. But we wanted to come and support and area that was in need of business after the damage done! Are only issue at the hotel was the AC went out and the TV didn’t work! Luckily the weather was great at night so we slept with the sliding door facing the ocean open! The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager refunded a portion of our stay due to the inconvenience we had which was greatly appreciated. All in all a good place to stay.
