I this as poor because any property with "resort" in it's name should be held to higher standard than an "Inn". The reasons are this: getting to check-in with a car was nerve racking, the check-in was far from our room. TWO check-ins would solve both these problems. NO directions are within the elevators to direct how to use the pass. The room was poorly appointed, very little furniture with lots of space for chairs or sit-downs. Felt cheap and uninviting. The bath did not have safety strips or handles. Older guests BEWARE. Shower handle leaked unless pulled so hard it was very difficult to budge and the water was warm at best. TV's were small, old and seemed second-hand with remotes from the 1990's. Windows were dirty. Room was dark. All-in-all, a property not deserving of the "resort" moniker and certainly not a Hilton to brag about. BUT if you're only staying a night, maybe two, and you have business at the convention center it's right across the street.

We love the hilton at daytona. A lot of nice restaurants and entertainments within walkable distance. Staff at the hiltons were very friendly. Definitely a family friendly place

Very dissapointed
The North Tower rooms amwre not cleaned, wall paper peeling, room smelled like mold, bath tub stained and looked dirty, really need TLC and upgrades. The Valet parking albeiy very costly was awesome, they were very polite and timely, great service. The breakfast was underwhelming, I paid for 2 days but went out the 2nd because ot was not a good selection, bacin and sausage under cooked, staff very attentive.

Really clean. The only issues we had would be shampoo and conditioner bottles on the wall were empty and only 3 towels in the room(we booked a room for 4). Also the shower head was really low and we had to bend down to wash our face and hair. Checked in at 10pm so we had to use the beach towels we brought. Everyone is really nice there.

Our stay was very nice our only issue was that out of 4 elevators only 1 was working and the wait was at least 15/20mins to get on.

The only think we had a problem with was the south tower bank of elevators only had one elevator working so it was very difficult to even get it to come to your floor or to get a ride to your floor. Thankfully we were able to use the stairs as we were only on the fourth floor.

The hospitality at this hotel was amazing! My view from the 15th floor of the ocean was breathtaking. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately it was leaking water in tge elevators ,and they were shaking going up and down, also after some rain, the carpet was soaked in the bedroom and closet, all the expensive shoes with thier protective covers also got wet and leather soaked out, my wife and I went down to the front desk and told the supervidot what had happened, we were told they would send someone up to the room to look at and take care of, and no one ever came ,we habr yo dlrrp on the sofa bed because the bedroom humidity and small was terrible my wife sufferare very unhappy with the stay

Air in room was not cool. Was told at check in we could take our luggage up while car was parked in front by front desk and valet told me I couldn't. Very rude and unfriendly. Not welcomeing!
