Hurricane Update: The pool is open but the private beach access was damaged by Hurricane Milton and is currently closed. Guests are still able to access the beach at the Sunglow Pier, just a few buildings north of Sanibel. It is less than a half mile away and between an 8-10 minute walk. We do not yet know how long repairs will take for the private beach access. The complex cannot repair the beach access point until the tides have reduced and being a natural phenomenon, when this occurs is unknown. Rates are currently reduced through all of 2025 to reflect this impact and if it reopens prior to your stay, it's just a free bonus. We update this description anytime we have new information to share.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. The parking garage clearance is 6'8".

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
