Just a Day Inn
Based in a service station area. Arrived receptionist was cheerful and informative. Had to walk up stairs to room then the smell in the corridor hit us just wasnt pleasant. Room was ok but not hugely clean bed didnt give a good sleep mattress was worn. Felt we had to put chain on door. Price was cheap and after all it was for only one night ...had to put key in box in morning as no one on reception at 10am

Good overnight stopover
Motorway service station hotel, so probably not anyone’s first pick for a holiday, but room was massive, clean and shower very good. For the cost of the hotel, it’s very good value for money.

Wouldnt stay again
I felt quite isolated but i guess thats what happens staying on a motorway, Also i couldnt get into my room 3 times as the key didnt work and the master key had to be used, they were aware of this before may stay and it wasnt sorted, for these reasons i would stay again x

Does what it says on the tin!
This is a motorway services hotel. It's cheap and cheerful. Yes the bathroom and carpets could do with some TLC and the beds arent the comfiest. BUT the service was brilliant. Friendly and helpful. And the room was exceptionally clean. Oh and surprisingly quiet. Yes there is constant drone of the motorway, but it doesnt sound like you're on the motorway. And considering our room was at the entrance, right behind reception, it was very quiet. Just what you need for a stop over. Stayed with 2 medium sized dogs who had a very settled stay.

We stayed in room 29 and room 28 opposite us kept us up most of the night with sounded like sexual activity and there dog was constantly barking. bearing in mind myself and my partner had to be up for 6 for work The noises was Quite Disturbing which was definitely not suitable for the younger age group if they was nearby
