Capri 112 sleeps 4. King size bed and a sleeper sofa. Friday to Friday rental. Seasonal Beach service (March 15 - October 31) is included with your rental. 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach! NO TENTS OR CANOPIES ALLOWED ON BEACH. Complimentary wifi included for streaming your favorite TV apps! Cable not provided.

Absolutely amazing!

We loved our stay! It was a very cute and clean place and just steps away from the beach. Our beach chairs were set up early every morning for us just to walk down to and set and relax in. Close to shopping and restaurants and very safe area. We will definitely be back!!

Quick Getaway

We were looking for a new place for a quick trip. The place is right on the beach but very quiet. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t too cooperative. Hope to go back to Destin at some point and do some fishing.

Fantastic beach location

Great little place tastefully decorated literally steps to the beach. This was a quiet place to relax & enjoy the beautiful clear waters of the Gulf. Miles of powdery white beach to walk on. Close to shopping & eating.

Absolutely charming, warm and cozy. I loved it. My husband and I are thinking of coming back every year. Its a convenient location near restaurant and stores, best of all on the beach. Office was very helpful and provided our needs in a prompt and caring manner. love loved the condo.

Just the perfect size condo for the my husband, two sons and myself. Gated community, which was a plus. The beach was just a few yards away, perfect location. There was an umbrella and two chairs waiting for us every morning in the private beach area for the condos. If you wanted more chairs and an umbrella for a small fee there was a gentlemen who could assist with that. Overall we were very pleased with the condo, we will definitely be returning. I would recommend this condo to family and friends. Couldn’t ask for a better way to spend a week with my family. 😁

Perfect for a beach getaway

This was the perfect location and place for our family vacation with our two small children. Only a stair set away from the beach with a convenient wash off station. The condo was very clean with all amenities needed to cook if you wanted. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we asked. I highly recommend.
