Our condo just been been completely renovated with new flooring, new kitchen design, designer paint, new appliances and king mattress! You will absolutely love our new walk in shower with glass doors! It is one of only a few 'PLATINUM' rated units in the Crystal Sands complex. You will notice the difference the minute you open the front door. This 'IS NOT' your typical beach condo. No pink flamingos on lime green & yellow walls. You will find designer furnishings and brand new custom window treatments throughout our unit.

On your way down the hall you will notice 18' tile, crown molding and designer artwork in every room. The large living area features a matched over sized chair and sofa with a side chair and accent rug.

The kitchen features granite counters and a granite bar with custom bar stools. The fully stocked kitchen has a new dishwasher, refrigerator with ice and water through the door and a glass top range and matching microwave.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with designer bedspread, pillow shams, and accent pillows. There is a TV and DVD for your enjoyment!

The master bath has a designer counter top and a brand new custom tiled shower!

You will enjoy your first cup of coffee each morning on the balcony watching the dolphins swimming past. It is also a great location for the children to have lunch before heading back to the beach or pool.

You can't describe the view from this unit. The sugar white sand, emerald green water and activity on the water and the sun setting in the evening leaves one wishing they had more time to enjoy Crystal Sands.

Beginning March, 2018, the entire complex will be smoke free.

Great condo with private beach access
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. The location was great, and the private beach access was wonderful. The unit itself was clean and well stocked. The kids enjoyed having the pool as a backup from the beach when it was too hazardous to go in the water or after dark. My only (very minor) complaint about the whole stay was being on the middle floor and the walls being somewhat less than soundproof (this went both ways, as our daughter dropped her phone in the middle of the night and woke a sleeping baby in the unit below us. :-!). Overall, everyone around us was respectful of the quiet hours and it didn't detract from our stay at all. The host provided the check-in information very early in the process and things were seamless upon arrival. The checkout instructions were also very reasonable. We would absolutely stay here again on future trips to Destin.

Great location without being overcrowded
First off the view is amazing which is always a must for me, probably the clearest I've ever seen Destin waters. The building appears quite old which makes this updated unit all the more impressive. The kitchen looks new and was all we needed. My kids loved the bunk beds. Umbrella and chairs being included is nice although we didn't know it's first come first serve for location so we were stuck at the end with the public beach crowd spilling over in front of us the first day (go throw your towel on your chairs early!). That was fixed next day and our spot was perfect for all day beach affairs with the kids the rest of the trip. We def plan on booking this place again!

Great little Condo with incredible access to beach
This is probably the best beach-front condo I've ever stayed in as far as access to the beach. The unit is nicely remodeled and feels great. We will definitely be back. The cleaning prior to our arrival wasn't great, but it also wasn't awful. We chose to do some quick cleaning ourselves and didn't bother the property owner. Mostly wiping down the kitchen cabinets, things like that.

Beautiful condo right on the beach!
We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The accommodations were exactly as you see on the listing. Clean, beautifully decorated, and the view/location of the beach were the highlight of the stay. Convenient and easy to get to and from the property with lots of places within walking distance. Donna was by far the kindest “host” we’ve ever had through VRBO. We can’t wait to come back!

The views were priceless! We stayed with our family of 6 and were comfortable. The bunks in the hallway and the fold out sofa were perfect for our kids, aged 15, 11, 10, and 10. It was so close to the beach and we were able to get free chairs and an umbrella every day. The only downfall was the internet was very spotty and slow, but the weather was gorgeous so we were outside enjoying the water all day, every day! Best views and so close to the water.

Very clean and super comfortable condo unit. Easy access to private beach. Had everything we needed and more. Brought my 83 year old mother and she had no issues getting to the 2nd floor unit. Elevator was available but stairs were very safe for her. Pool was great! Neighbors were quiet. Great neighborhood. Will book again!

Second time, will be back!
This was our second year to stay at the property with our small children. You can’t beat the location! Unit is clean with beautiful views of the water perfect for dolphin watching. Donna is very responsive and the mgmt on site is friendly as well. Love that you get chairs and an umbrella and that part of the beach isn’t open for public. It makes it so nice to not have rows upon rows of people on the beach. We will be back next year! Thank you!!

Great vacation and very nice, well maintained unit. Donna's communication in the process was awesome! The building is aged a bit with narrow walks outside room entrances, and we had some very noisy neighbors above us one night, but the staff took care of that issue. We enjoyed our stay!

We love crystal sands. We have been coming here the past 3 years. The bed is very comfortable and we love the shower. The kitchen is very nice as well. We enjoy eating at the kitchen island. We got married there at crystal sands on October 12th. My bridesmaids and I were all able to get ready comfortably in the room.
