The place was beautiful. And the staff at the resort was great. There was an issue with the toilet and we had to move room. But that wasn’t any fault of the owners.

Positives: very clean and up-to-date. We were literally 8 minutes from everything. The staff was so nice and helpful. The beach and water was perfect. They have actual shopping carts to help you take your groceries in! Negatives: Lots of weird ramps. The building is 90°. If you have one of the inner rooms, when you go on the balcony, you have zero privacy. There is no ice machine but they will sell you a $1.47 bag for $3. There are no garbage chutes. You have to bag your trash and take it downstairs, through the lobby, out to the edge of the parking lot and throw it in a dumpster:-(. Would I stay there again? Yes!

Excellent Experience!
We had such a pleasant time at HSRC. This was our first time at this location and I did not disappoint. Just a short stroll past the heated outdoor pool to the beautiful white sandy beach. We will most likely make another trip here next year!

Me and my husband and my kids had a blast over Thanksgiving Holidays we stayed completely comfortable in the condo and it was fun. My kids love the heated pool they could still swim and enjoy themselves in the ocean just a few feet from our condo.

The condo was perfect for our 5-day stay in Destin. The view from the balcony was better than advertised! Easy access to the beach, pool and tennis courts. Also, there were many stores and restaurants nearby. We highly recommend staying here for your trip to the area..

Enjoyable time. Condo was nice. Bathroom to small. Bathtub needs replacing but is ok. Couldnt get water to stay for a bath. Condo to small for kids. Restaurants are over priced. Back porch over 100 for 2 people but food quality not worth it.
