Located in the quaint beachside village known as Crystal Beach, Cabana Club B303 is situated off the beaten path on Scenic Hwy 98. Nestled among the pastel colored bungalows and picket fences, Crystal Beach has a nostalgic Nantucket feel, but with sugar white beach and emerald waters. One will likely not find many oceanfront views like that of Unit B303 of Cabana Club. It is conveniently located within a mile of Destin Commons where one can shop, see a movie, dine, and enjoy many activities. Several favorite beachside restaurants are within walking distance along the beach.

With only 4 floors, Cabana Club is a low-density, low-rise condominium, which means more privacy and no crowded beaches.

A total renovation of every square inch of this beautiful unit was completed in March, 2019. The new design includes an expanded kitchen, added bunk area, 2 full baths and many high tech upgrades. Every custom designed detail of the unit was created with the intent to enhance, not compete with, the beauty that lies before it. Blessings abound for renters, including the ever changing crystal green waters, sugar white sand, dolphin watching, breathtaking sunsets, and much more.

B303 has keyless entry, thus no key to pick up or worry about. USB outlets in several key places for convenience. Free WiFi. Smart TVs with Cox Cable in Living Room and Master Bedroom. Sleeps 6. King size bed in Master Bedroom, bunk area in hallway and Queen sleeper sofa in Living Room. Large Master Bathroom with glass door shower, full Guest Bath with shower/tub combo.

We are happy to have you as our guests! Below are our “House Rules” which we ask that you respect. Please take a minute to read them; ask us questions about any you don’t understand.

Non registered visitors will not be permitted access to the property at any time.

Refrain from throwing any items over the balcony railings.

Refrain from leaving your underage children unsupervised in the units or in the common areas of the property.

Remember that only registered guests (no more than 6) are permitted to stay in the unit. One parent/guardian for every 3 children!

LUGGAGE CARTS ARE NOT ALOWD IN THE UNIT! Please return carts when finished.

Remember that excessive noise after 10:00 PM can result in your eviction and loss of deposits.

Remember that the legal age for drinking alcoholic beverages in Florida is 21 years.

Remember that adults who supply alcohol to minors can be arrested (fined and/or jailed) and evicted from the premises.

Do not drop bags of ice on tile. You may do so in parking lot or outside concrete.

REMEMBER THAT THIS UNIT IS SOMEONE ELSE’S HOME. You are responsible for any damage done while you rent the unit. Please take care of it as you would your own home!

The property presents as well-managed and maintained. The unit is tastefully decorated and shows dedicated attention to detail. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils; baths have ample linens. Private Beach Access!!
Need I say more.. it was so nice not having to sit behind other people at the beach, like we would have at a high rise. Crystal beach is beautiful and one of the nicer beaches of Destin. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. You don’t even have to bring your own beach chairs or toys. The washer and dryer were convenient too. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be back!

Hosts were outstanding at responding to any questions we had. The property itself is beautiful, modern, clean. It had everything we needed which was nice. The property itself has a “private” beach which was a plus to not have been crowded especially since we stayed the 4th of July week. Easy access to the beach and a gorgeous view from the balcony of the crystal waters and white sands. The only downside was parking seemed to be limited and we worried we wouldn’t have a space if we left to go somewhere but we always did. The sands on the beach are literally “squeaky” clean as it would squeak as we walked which we found funny. Very clean beach with clear water. Not much for shell hunting but perfect for relaxing with the kids. Thank you so much again for sharing your home with us! We loved our stay!

Cubana easily accessible from Scenic 98. Complex centrally located to make destinations in Destin and towards 30A easily accessible. Balcony is perfect distance from the surf.
