This condo was 100 times better than advertised! It was extremely clean and absolutely GORGEOUS!!! One minute from the beach and so much room inside. Will definitely be coming back to this condo and recommend it to anyone who will listen!!! PERFECT!!!

The View

The location was ideal — The condo was very spacious. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and it was more than enough room. Close to Destin commons, multiple restaurants, arcade for the kids. Overall a great vacation for everyone! This was our fourth trip to the area but the ocean view made it the best visit to Destin yet! -Patrick, Morgan, Lincoln, & Landon

Love the location, the private beach. The size of this property was perfect for the group we had with us. It was my grandson's first beach trip & he had the best time. My husband who is not a beach person even loved it & is ready to go back. We will be back!

Great place!!!

The unit is absolutely awesome, with renovated kitchen and very big spacious bedrooms and baths. We were surprised just how large it was and everyone could spread out. My 5yr old loved the bunk beds too. Bedding was good, lots of extra towels and pillows. Great couch for lots of people to hang. I’ve stayed in several complexes in Destin area and think this is the best. It’s very clean, good pool area with hot tub, and you are literally steps to the beach. They even have a bin where you can borrow beach toys! Chris, the manager, was quick to respond and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Having been disappointed in the past with misrepresentation of rentals, we were pleasantly surprised! This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at in a long time. It was clean, very spacious and newly updated. Chris, our contact person, was amazing as well. Any questions we had, he answered promptly. Very nice condo. Layout was perfect for our family. Love the 3 king size beds as well as the bunk beds for the kids. The spacious counter tops provided a wonderful food prep area. Highly recommend.

Excellent location and balcony

This is a great place to rent if you want to visit Destin and be right on the beach. We were there in the height of spring break, and the beach was chill and always easy to access regardless of the time of day. The condo has a nice layout. We had 5 adults and 2 children; plenty of space for everyone. The balcony is a beautiful spot to spend your sunsets.

First time to Destin

What a great stay. Perfect place, right on the beach and what a great view. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Condo was exactly as described and was immaculate. We will definitely be going back to Destin and we will try and stay in the same condo.
