Renovations included adding an additional bunk nook which contains a set of single bunk beds, built-in twin bunk beds in the second King Suite., a brand new coastal kitchen highlighted with new tile with glass inlays, gorgeous walk-in showers boasting new tile and fixtures, and an amazing master king suite with its own frig/ coffee area and private entry to the outside deck 😎🌴. Had an excellent stay! Pool, hot tub great beach views and walkable to Destin Commons. Condo was decorated so nicely I felt I was staying in a luxury resort. Traveling with toddlers and so it was nice to be as to enjoy feeling like I'm at a resort while running them back and forth for snacks and naps. Spacious and comfortable as well.

This property is amazing the condo is beautiful with the perfect view, close to the elevators, with amazing beach access. The restaurant down stairs is nice almost to nice to walk through in flip flops and beach gear to get to the beach 😂 but the staff were nothing but nice and no one ever seemed to mind! Location is perfect right in the middle of everything Destin has to offer and the coffee from Camille’s just down the street is great and the cinnamon rolls are to die for! About the bunk room being on the smaller side it is but my 16 year old and 7 year old sons stayed in the room and they had zero complaints! We are totally going to stay here again next summer!

This condo and it's location was absolutely perfect! A little piece of heaven on earth. Beautiful and spacious, and although it may seem silly to comment on - the bar style chairs on the balcony sit you high enough to see over the railing and take in the beautiful ocean/beach. Perfect beach location, watching the dolphins swim so close, at times we thought we might be able to touch them! Thank you for a Wonderful stay!

We have stayed in numerous units and this is by far our absolute favorite. We loved the lay out and everyone had their own space. The use of space in all the rooms was amazing. Communication with the owner is great! I have never had an owner personally reach out before check in to welcome us and Chuck did! After talking to numerous staff everyone talked very highly about the owners! Will absolutely stay in this property again.

Our stay was great and the place was very nice. Our only issue was it was noted as a 3 bedroom and 2 bath...it’s not but we made it work! All upper bunk beds are made for really small children and not a comfortable fit for teens. Overall we really enjoyed our vacation :)
