Inlet Reef Club 107 is located on Gulf Shore Drive in the heart of Destin close to shopping, beach activities, restaurants, a water park, and so much more! This wonderful first-floor unit is one level up from the ground floor and is situated right on the beach with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from an expansive balcony. The master bedroom features a large king bed, designer bedding, private access to the balcony, and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite master bathroom offers a glass enclosed seat-in shower and a single vanity. There is also a separate dressing area with another sink and vanity with a chair just outside the large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers two cozy twin beds, designer bedding, as well as a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is accessible from the hall and has a shower/tub combo and a single vanity. In the living room, you will find a brand new microfiber sleeper sofa, coordinated furnishings, a large flat screen TV, a DVD player, sink and bar area and access to the balcony. The kitchen offers full-size appliances, upgraded tiled counters, and all the housewares you will need to make family meals. There are bar stools at the breakfast bar, a dining table for six, as well as an eat-in kitchen table for four for plenty of seating. For your convenience, enjoy a private full-size washer and dryer to use during your stay.

Very unkept and dirty
The dirtiness that consumed this unit was awful. It wasn’t anything that housekeeping could fix. Mold, dirty furniture, cracked floors, dirty carpet u wouldn’t walk on. I’ve reached out to vacasa but have not heard back. I have pictures! Ridiculous pricing for the shape of the unit!

Great views, but…
The location was great. The beach access was only for guests/owners only, so crowds were light. The rental included an umbrella and 2 chairs (wish we had known this ahead of time), which made for a great week of beach enjoyment. The view from the balcony of the condo was fantastic, unobstructed, serene. The best feature of the condo hands down. We enjoyed many meals, snacks, drinks, and reading breaks outside watching the waves, dolphins, birds, boats, and parasailing. The condo unit itself was a bit underwhelming. It had enough space for our family of 5, and I didn’t have to worry about my kids being too rough on it. The couches are old, the table is scuffed, carpet had some stains, etc. However, it was not equipped for 6 guests as claimed. There were only 3 total forks, 5 chairs at the dining table, no oven mitts, one dish towel, and the large burners on the stove did not work. A lot of minor inconveniences that took away from the vacation experience. All in all, the location is the true value and the beds were comfortable.

the unit stove didn't work, utensils and plates were dirty. the floors were dirty. the microwave vent cover fell on my husband face and the tv stopped working. the furniture is outdated the only nice thing about the unit is the view of the ocean. submitted complaint to management and never heard back.

Best time ever.
If ur looking for an amazing safe spot for your family to vacation this is it,its directly on the beach with absolutely stunning views of the ocean,we saw multiple dolphins everyday from our balcony,the place was clean,beds r comfy,tv and internet worked perfect,AC was amazing,pleanty of room for myself,husband,14 year old and 3 year old,we all loved it,u also get 2 beach chairs and umbrella at no cost,the pool was clean and gorgeous,and super close to all the fun that destin has to offer,also highly recommend going to Just Chute Me parasailing,it was wonderful and so fun,we will forsure be coming back this summer..missing it already and we r still in the car on the way home.✌💚

Nice place to relax and enjoy the view!
Unit was better than some would have you think, I was expecting to see mold, uncomfortable bedding, a/c lacking, but none of this was the case for us. It was very clean and well decorated! I have some of the same throw pillows and artwork in my own home! The only thing that we feel would make things easier at check-in is to have building numbers outside so we could more easily locate our unit. Parking is gated and safe. As for the unit itself, tracks in sliding doors need serious cleaning as they stick and are difficult to open…. Also we feel it’s necessary to point out the stove in kitchen may need replacement. Don’t assume guests don’t intend to use it. We used it every day of our stay. The back burner would remain on when it appeared to be off and one of the front burners didn’t work at all. We got through it only setting off the smoke alarm twice/ at least we know that works well! Thanks for the great balcony and the beautiful view!

Great location
Nice condo for a week. Full kitchen. No other supplies in kitchen like spices, storage bags etc. so bring them with you. But full of dishes, glasses, etc. Beds decent. Little dated but the view is worth it. And you get comp chairs to sit on beach which is wonderful.

We loved the area and beach. The condo was very dated, rundown and filthy. Their is black mold in the main shower. The carpets, couch and rugs smelled extremely bad. Many items in the unit were broken of which I took pictures of on our 1st day there. I did forward the photos to Vacasa informing them of the damages immediately. We will not ever book a Vacasa rental again.

Stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. The location is superior to any other location we have stayed. Very convenient being first floor. Not long wait for elevators, right on the beach. The unit itself is slightly outdated with some things that could use updating like the kitchen floor and little kitchen sink did leak when water was on. We could not get the AC to get below 70 which is hot for us because we keep our place 68, other than that we had a great stay.

You couldn't ask for a better view or location. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool. The condo needs some updating. The carpet in the small bedroom is badly stained and the twin mattresses need replaced, as well. The master bed was fine, and that bathroom and shower were nice.

Overall cleaness was not good
There was alot of dirty plates in the cabinets. The shower curtain in the smaller bathroom was Yellow and did not look clean. On the stove two of the burners did not heat up enough to use. Furniture is very out dated and not comfortable at all. The one blue chair has turned yellow.
