Nice home for last minute get away
We enjoyed staying at Lyle. The location was great, close access to the beach, restaurants and stores. The house was much larger than we needed but we wanted to have a heated pool and hot tub and this house delivered. I would recommend this house to large groups as there were many sleeping accommodations and bathrooms.

Amazing House Near Beach Access
The house was absolutely perfect! It was exactly how photos showed online. Every room had an in suite bathroom which was awesome! It was nice to have two master bedrooms on the first floor so our parents didn’t have to go up and down the steps. Our kids loved the bunk bed rooms, which had a safe ladder and were lower to the ground. Kitchen was spacious and loved having a big enough table where everyone could eat. Loved the ice makers in the house for beach coolers and drinks etc! Spent most of our days out by the beautiful pool! Loved how part of the pool had shade in the late afternoon so we could cool off coming back from the beach. Loved the location, was so quiet and little traffic since close to a dead end street near Henderson beach . We rented a golf cart and was a quick 2 minute drive to crystal beach parking lot for golf carts(across from Camille’s restaurant-which had amazing pastries in the morning) living area had two huge couches for everyone to sit comfortably. We loved this property and looking forward to renting it again!

Great time in Destin!
We were there for a youth baseball tournament and the house was perfect size/fit for a number of families. Walking distance to the beach was a plus. Hosts were very responsive to our minor requests. Great house!

We loved the house and pool area! None of us could get any of our televisions to work. The pool had not been cleaned before we got there. Had to call to have someone come clean it. The ice maker downstairs did not work, they did send someone to check it out but it couldn’t be fixed.

Family Graduation Trip
The house was perfect for our large family vacation! (8 adults and 8 kids) We had plenty of room, really liked that each room had a bathroom and the kids loved the pool! It was an easy walk to the beach and shops or a short drive to the grocery store, Destin Commons, sweet treats shops or entertainment of our choice. We would definitely come back and stay at this house!

Fabulous Fall Planning Retreat!
We had a group of 10 ladies that gathered fur a fall planning retreat. We arrived on Monday afternoon and left on Thursday morning. The house was just as described! Beautiful! Great common space for us to gather and a table large enough to gather and have our meeting. Short walk to a gorgeous beach. But we really enjoyed the jacuzzi & pool. Close to great eating places and fabulous shopping! My only minor complaint I had was the pool needed attention. I called and we were already scheduled for maintenance that day. They came right away and cleaned/vacuumed the pool for us. The backyard landscape area needs a little touching up.. but… it was November! Would definitely stay again. Great communication with staff. 4 stars! Thumbs up! 😁

Each bedroom had its own bathroom which worked well with 7 families. The pool was secluded but could not be heated due to the high temps in October. The house was around a 5 minute walk to the public beach access.

Beautiful home for a family retreat
This home was exactly as described. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lyle house. Our family - ages 1 -71 gave it a thumbs up. This was probably the best house we stayed in over the years. We get together once a year from all over the world to spend time together. Supplies were provided for all bathrooms and kitchens. Plenty of towels for bathrooms as well as for the pool. Just 2 short blocks to the beach. Staff was very quick to respond to questions.

Family stay together
My sons wedding was at a venue 1.5 blocks away from the house. We had family members from both sides staying at the house together for a few days before & after the wedding. Because of the amazing location of the house to the beach, shopping & jogging trails we always had something for everyone to do!! (And met at night for stories of the day in the open kitchen and pool!!) The rooms were all very comfortable!! And plenty of seating. The house could have used a broom and 1more iron-but bathroom toiletries were sufficient. Will gladly stay again!!!

Christmas Vacation
Perfect house for our family of 18. The children love the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. The beautiful beach was only steps away from the house and the weather was perfect. The house was well equipped with everything we needed , lots of towels. Only problem was the internet service is not so good , watching television at night in the upstairs bedrooms wasn't enjoyable. We still had an awesome vacation.

Large Family Getaway
It's a lovely property less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. We chose this property because we have 8 children and there were 8 bedrooms with 9 bathrooms. Perfect for each couple/family to have their own space. The beds are very comfortable (no complaints from anyone, which is unusual for a family our size). The beach, pool and hot tub are the best part. The manager was very helpful in instructing us how to heat the hot tub and sent a technician to check the pool temperature. The kitchen/great room area is large with plenty of seating. The couch is comfortable. There are plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen; however, we ate out the evening meals and just used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch prep. We would definitely rent this property again because of pool/hot tub, location, and comfort. We also had 70-degree weather all the days we were there, which allowed for a lot of water time in December! Thank you for a relaxing, wonderful vacation.

Amazing Trip with 8 children in 4 and under. Greta backyard and pool. Proximity to beach less than a 10 min walk. Rooms were spacious and comfortable bedding. Would definitely stay again!

Many many issues
Wifi about nonexistent- not fun with a lot of kids. Refrigerator messed up and all food had to be hauled to 3rd floor fridge and we had to get ice for coolers. Took 2 days to get it checked on. Internet guy came out and said bad service in the area which was not disclosed. One of the grills was not working properly and burned one of our guests hand/finger - property owner was aware of it not working properly but didn’t disclose to us. Pool lights did not work. Property owner aware when we called and said they had not worked in 3 months- once again not disclosed to us. Sent a guy out to stick some more solar lights in the ground to try to help with that issue. Not much better. Lamp in living room did not work. Dishwasher did not work. Leak under kitchen sink - found this when about 1/4 inch of water made it leak out on to the floor. I myself tightened the couplings to fix. The vent in the first level guest bathroom leaked water as well so we had to keep a towel down for that. Properly owner offered us money (small amount) back or a free night to stay longer We accepted the extra night. Then on the day we were supposed to checkout ( which was now supposed to be the extra night ) I get a message for checkout and message him we are staying as reminder. He calls and says he never offered that and it’s 9:30 and says we can now check out 12:00 instead of 11:00. So we have to rush back to the house of 20 people and pack up in a catastrophic hurry as we were not ready for leaving and planned a whole day at the pool to relax before leaving the next morning. Avant- contacted us and offered a refund to make it right. Overall it would have been a way more pleasant stay without all of the issues. Property does not seemed to be maintained as it should or these issues would not have happened. Also the air filters were disgusting as we found while trying to figure out why the third floor would not cool and we actually replaced 2 of 3 with new filters we found. We paid a LOT of money for this vacation as a friend and family group and have waited on this for a long time only to run in to many issues and a rushed exit. I feel that more money should be compensated to us but I guess we will take what we have been offered and that will be that.

Booking staff and management stayed in contact with us throughout our trip and even helped with getting our food for the week delivered. House was perfect, very clean, well lit, plenty of room for everyone to have space and entertain. My family and friends loved it and I’m sure yours will as well.
