Macau SAR ski resorts

Had a wonderful time at Four Seasons Macau. What made the trip exceptional was Nana from Guest Relations team and her colleagues. After three weeks of travel she made us feel at home, any requests were resolved promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. She arranged a celebration cake for my father’s birthday which was very much appreciated. Housekeeping was also exceptional. We look forward to our next visit!

While it is not the newest, St Regis remains true to its 5* rating of being excellent in service. The room is still large and perhaps my only complaint would be the shower door would still allow water to splash to the outside.

Located in a convenient and close to everything. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Exceptionally nice hotel with full ceiling to floor windows maximising the unbelievable view of Parisian. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Will definitely come back and stay again.
