From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I faced a minor issue relating to breakfast and my room, but the staff handled it swiftly and professionally. Special thanks to Gede, whose exceptional care and dedication made a significant difference. His attention to detail and warm demeanor truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, the service quality exceeded my expectations, and I’m grateful for the team's efforts in making my stay memorable. What was there not to love about the Grand Hyatt Bali??Stunning grounds, clean, safe for young kids and teens, trustworthy, friendly staff and quiet, spacious rooms overlooking botanical garden-like grounds. Exceptional value for meals, catering for all cuisines, at almost a different venue for each day of the week! There are more options for what you can do each day than you could need or want, including one of the nicest shopping precincts in Bali at your doorstep. There is no better place to spend my vacation time than at the Grand Hyatt Bali.

I arrived CGK airport in middle night. Hotel shuttle driver came to pick me up. He sent someone to find me, that was very nice. At this hour, I didn't dare to get into any random car service. All the official car service stopped. You need prearrange the pick up and install whatsup app to keep contact with everyone. Hotel is new, clean. Staff were very nice. Breakfast has a lot of choice. Then shuttle bus sent me back to airport for flight to Bali Island. Everything is perfect. I flight from JFK to CGK instead to Bali Island, because business class ticket was much cheaper, I may do this again.
