Bad policies.
The older lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Huge lobby area but no one is allowed to sit in it. The policy because they have a bar you can only use the lobby if buying from them is crazy and the lady was very rude about it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to these things.

I had to cut my stay short due to the distance from the airport and my early flight and I checked out before the daily check out time, but I was not refunded for my second night stay even though the front clerk confirmed I was checked out and told me to turn in my room keys.

This was my second time staying here, but first time solo traveling with my small children and it was a great experience. There is plenty of shopping and food within a 5 minute drive. The staff here were really great. I felt safe being here, the rooms are always really clean 5/5 stars!

The hotel itself is nice and feels safe. The staff all seem a bit disgruntled and unenthusiastic about hospitality. The restaurant food is not recommendable- go out. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay. The fitness room is awesome here! It’s fun even if you’re not a gym person. The pool and whirlpool were really nice as well.
