Close enough to downtown but far away that driving was wasy

I believe the room was recently refurbished as the furnishings looked new and it had a "new room" smell (not objectionable). This is one of the best buys in downtown hotels.

Always able to speak with someone about questions or concerns, no need to look for staff. Clean.

Everyone was welcoming as soon as you walk in. They were accommodating

Staff were lovely and accommodating during my stay and when I had an emergency come up during my stay the staff were lovely and helped me in every way that they could. The room was clean although could use a few extra comforts (throw blankets and pillows) to make the stay a little.comfier. I also was not a fan of the beds however some of my travel companions preferred the stiffer mattresses. The rooms were also very spacious and as I was in town for work it was really lovely having an apartment vibe rather than a single room. For the money I had an excellent stay and the friendly, helpful and accommodating staff made the stay even better.
