In addition to having very friendly staff, the hotels pool and gym facilities are excellent. Hotel is modern and well kept. Walking distance to Scotiabank Center and downtown Toronto. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property. We arrived early and we received access to our room immediately. The room was spacious for 3 people. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant on site has good coffee and food. We checked out and we were allowed to leave our car parked until 6pm. This is a great perk as there was more fun to be had in Toronto! The shops and restaurants in the area definitely benefited from the elongated parking! They should thank the management of this property!

Parking was easy and close, Great place to stay for an event at the ACC, lots to eat around the hotel. MUST visit the St.Lawerance market it is an experience for any foodie. Didnt use the pool or fitness area but they both looked clean, and nice.

Everything was updated and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t even realize I was staying in a room next to a crying baby until I left my room at the same time as the family, so A for soundproofing.

Had trouble with our original room but the hotel receptionist was able to help us out without any trouble. We ended up loving our room and had an excellent stay. Comfortable cozy and we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool !
