This was a perfect location for our trip to Toronto to watch a Leafs game and to visit the St. Lawrence market, Distillery district and Hockey Hall of fame. The staff were very friendly and the property was very well maintained.

Great stay at the Novotel had a good shower, comfy bed and wonderful linens. Very centrally located and a super helpful staff. Would stay again.

My only complaint was that the change rooms for the pool were 2 floors down, and no towels were provided in the change room. Our king-bed room was very clean, well-equipped, and the bathroom was very modern. We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated how centrally located it was for walking.

We stood in line at checkin for about 15 minutes while 2 of 3 staff at the checkin stations ignored the growing line. The caulking in the shower was peeling off significantly . When I notified the front desk, all that was said is they would let maintenance know. The hotel was well located and overall a clean facility.

This location is so easy to get in and out of coming into or out of Toronto. The rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need. There is so much that is walkable to access and the area is very safe. Parking was easy and convenient. The check in amd check out processes were easy. The gym is a perfect little hotel gym, clean and well equipped with great ventilation. There are water stations everywhere for water bottles. The products are nice and there are actually enough towels in the room. The beds and linens are comfotable. Wifi is great and there are lots of lighting options in the rooms as well as options for USB and C cords. The staff were professional and friendly. I have stayed here before and had a great experience, will certainly stay here again and recommend to others!
