We had an amazing stay at the Novotel hotel. They accommodated an early check in (11am!!) and were so kind and professional yet friendly! The bartender was great and made the perfect cranberry mojito ( or 2), lol. Would recommend this hotel over and over again!!

Rooms were clean and quiet. The elevators were fast and reliable. The only things we felt were lacking were the quality and size of the pool towels and the lack of coffee shop in the lobby. Though there are many coffee shops nearby which was helpful. If you don’t need 24h of parking, you can pay hourly in the same lot. All in, would stay here again.

I went to a concert at the Scotia arena, it was within walking distance. I went to my favorite spot, the spaghetti warehouse, which was right across the street from the hotel. The room was very cozy and comfortable, good atmosphere, no complaint!!

Alarm going off but modern
Started off with an easy check in. Room was very modern and bed was comfy. The cable didnt work the first night of our stay. The morning of our checkout at 6am there was an alarm going off for the better part of an hour which woke us up and kinda put stress on the whole day. But overall its a decent place.
