Property is good Staff and Management make it better, the let down shared comments by all guests we spoke with are the lifts long waits to get a lift due to the system programme with has not been address correctly for many years.

This was our second time staying here, we love it, hence the return visit a year later! The location, the lovely sea-facing room, the complimentary upgrade - made this yet again a wonderful stay. The staff are so willing to assist with any requests, and the concierge is very accommodating. A pleasure to stay at the Hilton!

Spacious and very comfortable rooms, with great views and location. The only downside were the elevators that are set up in such a way that it can take up to 7min (we timed it) for one of them to actually stop at your floor. Not sure how that can be improved but if we experienced that in July, I don't want to imagine what it feels like during high season.
