I had a problem occur from the hotel during my stay at the Naseem, however thankfully Sheila was amazing as she helped me calm down and enjoy the rest of my stay at the hotel. She offerered us flowers and desserts which was very thoughtful since I was upset with what had happened. The manager also was very nice when she spoke to us which made up for what happened. I thank them both very much for making my stay at Jumeirah Al Naseem better than what it was.

Best Hotel In Dubai For Families
If you have any doubts or second thoughts about booking this hotel don’t. I am so glad I booked my family trip for 2 weeks and had the most amazing experience of my life. This hotel is beyond five stars. I felt like royalty from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. One of the best rooms (suites) I’ve ever stayed in. One of the best sleeps I’ve ever had in a hotel. Food at The Palmery was so tasty, the breakfast options vast and generous. Everything was a first class experience. Thank you to all the staff for making this a dream come true

Amazing stay at this beautiful facility. We booked a Resort Suite and it was all worth it. As part of the room benefits we took advantage of the transport service, which was very comfortable. Other benefits included a dedicate butler team, and I would like to thank the manager Daniele and Lee amongst all for made our stay very special. The club/family lounge was also very good, and conveniently located opposite the kids club so my wife and I managed to spend some quality time while our son had a wonderful time at the kids club too. Plenty of choice for the restaurants, great pool and easy access to Wild Wadi waterpark and Souk Madinat.

Wonderful bedrooms, stayed in a resort deluxe- was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Visited during half term so it was pretty busy but overall they handle it well. The adults pool was very peaceful and relaxing, with very attentive service. The evening turndown service in the bedrooms could be better. Overall a very good stay and I would definitely come back, travelled without children but is perfect for both.

Exceptionally overpriced and overcrowded - just an upmarket charter resort. We visited as a couple in February 2024, on our babymoon looking forward to a relaxing stay experiencing the finest 5-star hospitality from the Jumeirah group. Sadly, we experienced the complete opposite. We paid $950 / night, room-only - excluding breakfast. Having stayed at multiple high-end 5-star resorts globally, we are comfortable paying high rates for a luxury and premium experience. Sadly this hotel is neither, the price point is outrageous. If you are a couple - this is not a couples resort - it is an overcrowded family resort where they pack you in - do not consider if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. Before arriving, we stayed nearby at The One & Only The Palm. For that we paid less - $870 / night including breakfast. The difference between that experience and this one was night and day. The Kerzner group (One & Onlys owners) put Jumeirah to shame on every single metric. We went from having an experience we wanted to tell all our friends about to one that we wanted to leave having felt completely miss-sold. If it is a relaxing luxury stay you are after, avoid. This ticks neither box.
