ホテルもお部屋もとても綺麗でスタッフも親切でした。 ユニオン駅のすぐ近くだったことも良かったです。 深夜の到着でしたが、チェックインの際にはこちらの疲れを察して必要なことだけを簡潔に済ませてすぐに部屋に通してくれました。 チェックアウト後もフライトまでだいぶ時間があったので街歩きをしました。空港のラウンジでシャワーをしようかと思っていたのですが、ホテルのプールのシャワーを借りられたので、とても助かりました。

It has one of the best western style breakfast in the area .. every room has views to Dubai creek .the rooms are very quiet & reasonably large in size .. housekeeping is excellent ..The hotel has lots of various restaurant s within some are award winning . The metro and shopping precinct is directly behind the hotel ..

It doesn’t appear to be 5 star anymore, may be it was at some point. Facilities are old and needs renovation. Was disappointed as I’m used to much better from Radisson Blu. Very grateful for our room upgrade though x

I was quite pleased with the friendliness and accommodation of the staff. Facilities were very nice. Checking on the status of the room by telephone might be disruptive for those who do not wish to be disturbed, as you cannot see if there is a do not disturb sign at the door.
