Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
May be it is time to change!
This is our second year we stay at this property and spent $$$$ considering time of the year and length of stay for two weeks. We even brought friends from US who also stayed for several days! Generally staff are friendly, except that rude lady that kept calling us asking us to leave on our final day even that her kind colleague gave us until 2:30pm for check out she was rude loud and stated: your check out is at 12 and you were given till 2 and need to leave now!! I do not appreciate this tone or unprofessionalism especially after spending thousands of dollars at this place every year!
When room are cleaned unfortunately they seem to be using old dirty water and old rugs so the apartment smells HORRIBLE after each cleaning! They one of the rollers keep getting clogged every other day. VERY outdated cheap furniture and their pillows are not a great choice if you have back or neck issues!
While the location is unbeatable with JBR walk and restaurants are literally downstairs, if you are driving then be prepared for a LONG wait every time you try to get in and out of the hotel and I do mean long! The entrances and exits of the hotel and the whole area generally is poorly structured probably not planned with such huge crowds visiting the place everyday in mind. If you get a good rate then this place may not be a bad option but for us we are gonna be looking for a higher quality place for our next visit to Dubai!
