Everyone in the hotel is extremely nice they go out of their way to help out. The property is very nice the rooms are very nice. They had a shuttle that went every hour to Dubai Mall.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Enjoyed our daily breakfast which had wide range of hot and cold buffet. Very courteous and friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious clean rooms with beautiful views. Close to shoping and dining. Shuttle to Dubai mall throughout the day. Highly recommend this property to everyone.

Room was not ready until after 2pm. Paid an extra $300 for an “upgraded room” for them to only give us the same room. Eventually they remedied that situation & gave us a partial refund. After they apologized, sent us cake- macarons, flowers to our room.

Our stay at Shangri-La was beyond amazing. The shuttle driver, Hanif, was very kind and friendly. He even recommended a driver who could show us around the city and his recommendation ended up being perfect. He kept in touch with us regarding his shuttle schedule and made our pick up and drop offs from the dubai mall very easy and convenient. Our breakfast and afternoon tea experiences with Nikhil and company in the business lounge on the 41st floor were also great. Nikhil and his staff took great care of my allergies to eggs and nuts and made sure I had something safe to eat. Our baby felt a little warm and the hotel sent us a nurse on staff to take the baby’s temperature and assured us that she was okay. This was amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Shangri-La Dubai for our 25th anniversary was fantastic! From the beautifully prepared suite, to the impeccable service throughout the hotel, everything was perfect. The Horizon Club was a highlight, and the cleaning staff kept our room spotless. Highly recommend this hotel for couples seeking a luxurious and memorable stay!

I had the most amazing time staying here. Apart from the elegance and class, the delicious food options and the absolutely stunning suite, it was teh friendliest of the staff that really takes this hotel to the next level. They are always super polite, respectful, they greet you, assist you, they go out of their way to help you. I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could.

We stayed at the top floor and they didn’t tell us there was a night club on the top floor. All we heard was base and vibration until the early hours in the morning. So next time please get them to move you down a few levels.

Burj view, breakfast buffet- this two options were amazing. Hallways smells old or smoking. For 5 star hotel would expect to be no smell, or fresh smell. Or again hallways need carpet to be removed.
