Hotel was very nice. A bit of a challenge finding the valet parking, but otherwise perfect for heading out to the Dubai 7’s. The main issue was the VIP access was pretty much worthless. They wouldn’t upgrade the room - even though they were still offering the next room level up on their website. The restaurants worth going to are not affiliated with the hotel. Staff were nice.

I wish I had room to be cleaned everyday as we stayed 5 days . The staff were nice but when I asked the hair dryer to be fixed , the dryer was left not fixed and the shower temperature was quite low .So I felt cold . Hope the shower and dryer will be fixed for next customer. Thanks

Front desk service was horrible. Lack of warmth during the welcome. Rooms need urgent renovation. Everthing was worn-out inside the room. Cigarette smell everywhere on the floor, even though it was a non-smoking floor and room. Avoid id you want to truly enjoy what Dubai has to offer.

Firstly they took over 3000 AED from my account without any sort of consent. They promised that the funds will be returned to me within the day and its been over 5 days and they stopped responding once they found out I was out of UAE. They also promised to compensate me which again they now claim has been rejected. Overall Disgusting hotel - despite shiny look in entrance. Its filled with nasty prostitutes Smelly room - problems with ventilations. (rooms smelled like curry) and there solution is to use air freshener. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
