Daily room cleaning with attentive staff. The area is quiet with a pharmacy and several highly rated dining options. A tram is in front with a station just meters away.

Dusseldorf weekend stay
Lovely little boutique hotel, very quaint. Room was very clean and the service from staff was lovely. It was a lovely gesture to leave a token cake each morning. We were unable to try out the morning breakfast as we had other plans. The only thing we missed was the complimentary tea and coffee in the room, a mini fridge and a lift. But the location of the hotel was spot on as we were near local shops and convenience stores. The fact the tram was right outside the hotel was a bonus and you could not hear the noise outside when you were in the room. We would definitely come back again as the location was convenient for us visiting family.

It’s clean and not far from the center . Drawback is that you can hear the tram from the room . It is a bit difficult for me to sleep well

The hotel is just great. very clean , nice staff, good breakfast. beautiful design and with great location. easy to get from the airport to the old city. and for a great price. I highly recommended it and I hope to come again

Warm and helpful staff. My room was 2,5 flights of stairs up with no elevator; unacceptable at my age; the alternative single room was tiny, hot, and noisy. Breakfast room only has shared tables. Garage is 1 block away. For these reasons I reduced my stay from 6 days to 4. The Wotif consultant was TOTALLY USELESS in asking management to do so without penalty, but after much discussion between myself and the boss he ultimately agreed.

Lovely hotel and so convenient to transport links
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and staff were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely consider staying again. The only improvement we could suggest would be to address the creaky but otherwise very comfortable bed. A very satisfied guest, Danke Schoen.

The hotel was fine if you were out all day but the room was not the sort you could stay in. There was no lunch or dinner, so it would have been better described as a bed & breakfast than a hotel.

This was our second visit to the Hotel Windsor, having last stayed in September 2017, which says it all really. It is quaint, absolutely spotless and the staff are very welcoming, despite my very limited German. It is perfect if you’re flying into Düsseldorf, as it is just the third stop on the S11 train line & then a 2 minute walk to the hotel. The tram stop is outside the hotel and it’s just another 3 stops into the Düsseldorf old town. The situation couldn’t be better if you are on a short break. If you want comfort and easy access to the town, then I would thoroughly recommend the Hotel Windsor.
