Terrible experience.. they put me on the 7 floor and one entire day the elevator didn’t work Room service was terrible a old man came to my room and started screaming at me because they almost clock out and he said that they needed to clean before they gone Every time that I was walking from the parking lot to the lobby there was people smoking marijuana around there The stairs are really bad smells really bad At 7am some workers started doing a lot of noise I was just trying to sleep I had to call front desk to stop the noise Worst experience ever

The "breakfast" was a container which included an apple juice box, a yogurt w/ no spoon, a packages of mini muffins and an old apple. Since I was there from a cancelled airflight, I had no tooth brush or tooth paste. When I asked, they had none. Also, no tissues in the room.

Avoid this place at all costs
Bed bugs, cockroaches, prostitute and druggie are what we encountered on our 10 minute visit to this dump. After a flight cancellation and no hotels available near the airport, we did a quick booking of this hotel and boy were we sorry. I have been to third World countries with nicer hotels than this. Musty smell, bed bugs in the pillow/sheets, opened a drawer to have cockroaches scurry out. The absolute worst!! Avoid this place at all costs

If the choice is sleeping in the airport or paying the $60 to sleep here I chose the later. It looks awful, felt muggy in side and my shoes stuck to the floor. That being said I didn’t see any bug.

This was the worst experience ever. The bathroom was dirty and had mould everywhere, the towels were moist as if they had not been changed, the beds are so hard I feel like I’m lying on a brick and the rooms are incredibly outdated. I felt like I was walking into a room to witness a murder. No shuttle service makes for a very expensive Uber ride. And they gave me a smoking room even though I didn’t want one so I woke up smelling like an ash tray because the pillow case smelt like cigarettes. Which is also concerning making me feel like they don’t wash their sheets. As well the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbours say or do… I was terrified of bed bugs. Not worth $300 don’t stay here if you value your sanity.

It’s worst than a basic hotel. It shouldn’t be listed as a hotel in the airport vicinity. The hotel area didn’t appear safe as the receptionists sat behind a fully blocked window screen. The place is filthy and lack of basic maintenance: there was no bedsheet but a mattress cover and blanket; the toilet seat was moving; the bedside lighting fixture was broken; the table lamp was out of order; and there was no tissue box…
