Wonderful customer service and very comfortable accommodations

The very nice breakfast lady and very nice and sweet

So I went into this stay with the proper expectations and it was a great stay. It’s a vintage hotel that’s a unique stay in downtown Billings. Always like to look for those unique places when on the road. It had everything you NEED for a nights stay at a good price. Downstairs rooms are direct access to the inner parking lot and there are rooms upstairs accessed thru the lobby. I would stay again if in the area.

Good clean place to stay on road trip. Pool, sauna and hot tubs all great temperatures and clean

Great location for what we needed. Did have belongings stolen out of the back of the truck.

The front desk people are really nice. The housekeepers were really sweet as well. Nice grassy area for the dog owners. Room was spacious and clean
