Staff could be a little more friendly
The hotel was well situated near all of the attractions. About a 10 -15 minute walk. Breakfast is included with the booking. Had a good enough selection, eggs, bacon, beans, sausage. One thing I noticed was how unfriendly most of the front desk were, except for the first guy we spoke to during check in, I forgot to get his name but he was really friendly and even suggested a lot of places where to eat. But we didn’t see him anymore after the first day. We just stayed for a couple of days. The others didn’t even greet you in the morning and would even try to avoid eye contact.

A great hotel for a short break in Edinburgh
A nice clean modern hotel right next to the Royal Mile. Great helpful staff team, a good buffet breakfast and quiet at night. Easy walking distance to the Castle and Holyrood.
