Very good

Very nice property in a central location. As they clearly advertise, there is a flight of stairs to access the lobby, so not a good choice for anyone with mobility issues. There is a lift from the lobby up to rooms.
Great location for the castle, but had to schlep my suitcases two floors to the lobby.

The room had NO USB ports. Huge inconvenience in this century. The room also had an ozone smell to it that stayed even with both windows opened, not that we could open them very far. It smelled like a musty heater had been going. This was in August. WAY overpriced. Would not recommend.
The hotel is in a great location & worth the stay. The restaurant serves good food and is convenient. Staff are exceptional. However, the beds could use an upgrade -they are hard and somewhat lumpy. Other than that, I’d stay here again.
Great little hotel, convenient location and great service. There are some nice souvenir shops on either side, and the castle is in walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean, and suited my needs.
Terrific location as close to sights, train, bus and tram transportation options. Very busy tourist street so expect noise. Stairs up to checkin desk and lift available from there, so be ready to hoist your luggage a bit.

Good but overpriced for what it offered. Small rooms
Generally the room was comfortable and clean. Nice view. It was a bit noisy at night though with guests coming in late. The pillows were not too comfortable.
We loved the access to all the sites we wished to see. Numerous pubs and restaurants nearby as well. The hotel is well appointed and we really enjoyed the Buffett breakfast included in our stay. However the hotel is in a very part of downtown so if you are a light sleeper then perhaps look around.
Not good. At no point in my booking was I aware it was a room without a window. Others were getting a free upgrade, others were offered the same upgrade at £30 per night.
Not good value considering the price I paid for 3 nights.
Had a baked potato in the lounge, potato was black and not baked.
I stay in hotels about 100 nights per year and this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The entire place was decorated with 1970s furniture and the furniture in our room would not even be accepted by goodwill if it was donated for free. The bed was so broken down that the edges if the mattress collapse when weight is on it so the entire night you are hoping not to fall off the bed. The front desk staff never acknowledged us as we passed by to go down the 18 stairs to try to street level Maybe this would not be as annoying if we hadn’t paid over $400 per night. The location was good but k encourage any future travelers to find hotels nearby but say yourself the annoyance and do not book here
A nickel and dime hotel charging 5 star rates. Checkout is 11 and I requested a lte checkout at 12, sure, no problem, that will be 20 pounds.
Tiniest room and bed we have stayed in the last 27 nights. Oh, and no A/C , so, you open the windows. Across the street construction noise starts at 7AM. And did I mention the shower didn’t work. Never again.
