Not sure why we didn't get our room cleaned for the one night. This shouldn't require a call, it should be done naturally. I've also left a shirt behind and the staff there all claimed it was missing and gone. But because of the lack of cleaning and proper hospitality, I don't think they were telling the truth. I feel like there could be some dishonesty workers.

This is my go-to place to stay while in Edmonton. Always clean, always quiet and the staff are absolutely amazing. When you find a place like this, there is no reason to book elsewhere :)

The staff and service we received from the front desk and lounge were awesome. They were friendly and very helpful. However, the service we received in the restaurant at breakfast was very disappointing. The lady did not have a smile and looked like it was the last place she wanted to be. To put it nicely, you couldn’t complain about the service as they were really was none. The food was very poor quality. (majority of the pancakes were rock hard cause they had been sitting so long) We ordered orange juice and after she brought it to us, she mentioned that we would have to pay $3.50 for it because we didn’t get up and get it ourselves from the buffet. Otherwise, yhe location was perfect and the rooms were decent for the price we paid. I would say more of a 2-3 star.
