Great hotel
This is a great hotel, it was nice, clean, quiet and very easy to check in. At first the location might be a bit scary, but the hotel itself is in very good condition and secure. I did notice a few minimal stains on the walls in my room but nothing to be concerned about, that’s the only thing I could change about the hotel. Overall, great hotel.

Early Check In Fee
I’ve been traveling for the past 25 years and never been asked to pay an early check in fee. Arrived early in El Paso and went to the hotel to drop off our bags. Asked for an early check in if possible and was told that we could but would be a $50 extra fee. Asked even for an IHG member and was told yes. You can come back at 1:00. Arrived back at 12:50 and was told we had to sit in the lobby until 1:00. Not a good look for Holiday Inn Express or Hotels.com. Like I mentioned been traveling for work for a long time never had this happen before. Very disappointed. Strange part was rooms were available according to the front desk.

Nice a New building only 3 years old close to fwy. We couldn’t hear the noise from fwy because air conditioner was very very loud. Breakfast is a simple.

This might have been one of the best hotel experiences I've had in El Paso. Bobby really set the tone and was so friendly and helpful, even though it was the middle of the night when we finally got in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view of the mountains was spectacular, and breakfast had a lot of options to choose from (the standard bread and pastry items, gluten-free muffins, fruit, yogurt, egg and cheese omelettes, bacon, turkey sausage, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes). We will definitely be staying here again!

The staff really helped make the stay, always welcoming and pleasant, I forget how many plusses the Holiday Inn Expresses have clean rooms, spacious, free breakfast. Cookies also fun
