This 3 bedroom 2 bath fully equipped home has been completely renovated by the new owners. The home is located in beautiful Rotonda West.. It's your choice, shopping, golfing or walking one of the many gorgeous beaches of the gulf coast, all are only minutes away. The master bedroom has a king size bed with his and hers walk-in closets, and an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and roman shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet. The third bedroom has a king size bed and a large closet. The large open kitchen is an entertainers delight with the dinning room just off to one side or if you would rather eat outside, the kitchen has a pass-through to the lanai. The living room will draw you into the house from the foyer with a spectacular view of the pool area. The second bathroom can be accessed from the house or the lanai area. The lanai has plenty of room for entertaining and overlooks the heated pool and back yard.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private lanai. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Wonderful House in a great location
Lovely place to stay. We stayed with out 8 and 3 year olds and my wife's parents. the house and pool were excellent and we were SO close to many great gulf beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time booking this home and was everything we expected and more. Wonderful layout of floor plan that afforded privacy and function. We enjoyed our month stay in March. The house and pool is exactly as pictured on VRBO. We were in the pool daily and enjoyed using the grill. Frank was always available to answer our questions. The only regret is we didn't book for a longer stay.

Relaxing getaway in a beautiful home
We had a great two weeks. We love the rotunda neighborhood as it is so convenient. We took advantage of the bicycles riding on the bike trail. Manasota Beach is within easy reach. We discovered the sassy tart bakery which was delicious And close by. The home was Beautifully decorated, comfortable, Homey and well equipped. We felt like welcome guests.
