Near Hamont and good price

Needed to be near UPMC Hamot for a few days and this worked well. Clean overall and bed was decent comfort. Great breakfast. The treadmill in fitness room out of order but made do with elliptical and bike. Friendly staff too.

This hotel room wasn’t awful. However, our TV initially didn’t work, we didn’t have soap in our bathroom, and the one lamp kept rapidly flickering despite tightening the light bulb. Additionally, on Expedia’s end of this booking, I was charged for two days instead of one even after changing my booking before checking in.

king room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with more options than most and they changed daily The windows in my room opened and both had screens, what a great idea! TV channel selection being a bit limited with no option to stream or cast from my phone was the only down side. Microwave and mini fridge included at great price point. Would recommend and will stay again.

Good value needs good cleaning/updating

Overall this facility is a very good value. The room seems dated needing at least a detailed cleaning. The shower curtain appeared to have not been cleaned or replaced as it smelled moldy and we had no soap either bar or liquid. I actually brought the empty liquid soap dispenser down to the front desk and the lady said “Oh thanks “ with no follow up. The bed sheets were haggling off almost to the floor on one the beds while the pillows were obviously past their usefulness not to mention the bathroom towels that were worn out.
