I have my own reasons for not wanting to return...
The stay overall was good, but I would not return to this hotel for a few reasons: 1) While the employees were extremely courteous, it was a bit irritating when there was never anyone at the desk. Usually, the staff was either sitting in the lobby, outside, or in the back. I believe this was partly due to the hotel seemingly not being too busy at the time I was there. There is no bell to ring for front desk service. You have to call out or yell to them for assistance. 2) The iron was broken, and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The shower was borderline dirty mostly in the corners of the floor. I would think that there would be quality checks of the room before a guest could discover these issues. While the hotel was not dirty, the rooms can use a spot check to be sure everything is up to par. 3) Most of the Direct TV channels were unavailable at all times of the day. 4) I did not like how the sink was totally detached from the bathroom. It was outside of the bathroom between the closet and the microwave.

It was a nice stay however I think I ended up having bed bugs or something in my bed because I would wake up every morning with red spots on my body and I would scratch for hours lotion wouldn’t make it stop!!

Stay was okay. Only 1 elevator worked and it sounded like it was going to break. Seemed to be worse the more it was used. No hot water in shower just luke warm. No water pressure at all. Beds were hard definitely could use some work and staff didnt seem to go out of their way to tell you about anything like breakfast, shuttle to casino etc.

Check in and check out were made very easy and fast, done online. Room was very clean and comfortable, good size, has fridge and microwave, breakfast was included. Overall we were satisfied and would stay there again.

I requested a flat sheet and two bath towels. 4 hours later I had not received my request. I went to the desk and got them myself. The laundry was out of order and the ice machine on the 2nd floor did not work.

I booked this stay through Hotels.com for three rooms. When I got there, the night clerk could only find two rooms and told me I didn’t have a third room. When I asked for help and trying to resolve the issue, she told me I had to take it up with Hotels.com. But did not offer any way to reach them. I was not only charged as a no-show. I had to pay for that third room out-of-pocket when I arrived.
