I normally stay here all the time in my trip to Erie but this stay was the worst. Keys to the room had to be changed over 7 times because the doors kept resetting. Smoke free hotel but the whole entire 4th floor smelled like cigarettes which flared my allergies. I remember the beds being more comfortable than this. Beds are horrible now and pillows are super small. Will not stay here again. Highly disappointed.

I stayed with family. The room was good sized. Though old property but maintained well. Staffs were good and very helpful. Breakfast was good with multiple options. kids like the breakfast too. I stayed there for a night and it was good sleep in the bed. I would recommend this hotel for family trip.

It was ok, the staff were very helpful and amazing! The room was average, bathroom had a musty smell to it and the shower curtain was moldy, breakfast was good with a lot of options, payed for the hotel through hotels.com but when I did the online reservation it also charged my card although I already paid, staff fixed this as soon as I brought it to their attention, overall it was an average stay, the staff are what really made the stay better!

Best place to stay if you are going to the Presque Isle Casino and not far from downtown Erie; the Bayfront and Centennial Tower; and even Waldemere Park and Presque Isle. Daily breakfast is so delicious with food changing every day so not boring if you stay for awhile.

Bathroom shower curtain smells terrible, need replacement or deep cleaning. Up on arrival I was charged for the stay, even that I have already payed on Expedia. After speaking with the hotel staff the charges were reversed, but still pending on my credit card, Overall the hotel is good and the staff responsive. The room was good for the price.

Exactly what we needed.
The hotel was exactly what you'd expect for the price. There's no glitz and glamour, but it does its job. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are small but for an overnight stay it was perfect.
