Icy Sidewalks; Very limited Breakfast Area; Boiler Broke and no water/hot water on Christmas Eve not even a free drink or discount on the room; $6 Pint of beer; Black Mold near showed; No Shower Gel replacements in the building; didn’t clean/make up the room in 5 days so over flowing trash. But great location for what I needed it for; nobody cared that I was Retired/Disabled Veteran sadly.

Room is nice but some people aren’t
Check in and room was good but had bad experience at the lounge with a friend of the employee came in drunk and was shouting and cursing and employee was feeding her drinks and even know they acknowledged us she was rude and kept being loud and cursing to our face telling us to just live with it The fact it wasn’t a guest but a friend of an employee doing it and the employee just letting it happen is the worst thing in my opinion because guests are put off with this coming into the hotel

I stayed for a long weekend and they were hit with over 4 feet of lake effect snow. Staff especially Scott was amazing. He handled people as best he could given no rooms were available. I booked an extra night in case it kept snowing. Hotel had no issues giving refund but expedia did. Took me over a week fighting with expedia to finally get a refund. I will definately recoment the hotel and will stay again

Staff was friendly, room was decent except for the beds and shower. Beds were uncomfortable (hard, friend said it was a bit like sleeping on cardboard), the shower only had two temperature options - boiling hot or freezing cold, which is not what you want during the winter in Erie. The breakfast was fine, the juice despenser filters weren't cleaned out properly, so there were flecks in the juice. Hotel was fine for a nights stay, but anyone staying in Erie longer than that should consider a different option for a better price. Was close to Penn State Behrend, making navigating back and forth between the campus and the hotel simple.

Great value
Great hotel for the price. Comfortable bed, clean room, and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again. The only criticism is the breakfast area. Breakfast was crammed into a small corner by the desk and the seating is limited in the lobby.

Our stay was interrupted with a lake effect snow storm. Staff was very helpful in refunding the portion of our stay we did not use. The facility is comfortable and clean. In our haste to leave quickly we left behind an iPad. We can ping its exact location and have called the facility. 24 hours later they have yet to verify they have it. That is disappointing

Nice, well maintained property with easy access to the I90. Booked the suite with the jetted tub. Would definitely stay here again. The layout of the breakfast area is a bit awkward as all of the food items are jammed into one corner, creating a bit of a traffic jam. Perhaps the bar could be used to spread things out.

Clean room, it was a little dated ,good staff. The washroom could use a little maintenance as a tile was coming off..breakfast was great except for the coffee… it was not hot at all… its the small things that make a big difference

Two trucks took at least 10 parking lot space. I have limited space to park my car. If I know that the parking might be an issue, then I might not come here in the future.
