The hotel was in a wonderful location. Great access to anything close by with a short drive to other attractions. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful.

Room was somewhat clean but had mold in the shower amd stains all over the carpet in the room. Also the smell of weed was all throughout the hotel and even noticed employees outside the entrance smoking weed.

Our first room had an A/C malfunction and after not being able to fix it we were immediately moved to anither room. Many easy breakfast options. Friendly staff. Familt friendly environment. Would stay here again!

The staff was very friendly. However, the rooms were in a desired need of upgrade. The bathroom had mold on the bathtub and the walls.

It was clean but outdated. The carpets are old and worn. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The bath had a jacuzzi tub so was hard getting in and out for shower for older people. The staff very nice and the breakfast was good. It was convenient to the lake and major highway. Would reccomend .

House keeping never came to the room. As a family of 5 staying 2 nights the house keeping never came to the room. By the second day we were out of clean towels and almost out of toilet paper. The pull out sofa was stained as well.

A little pricey with limited ammentities, but good
Check in was quick and easy. Was able to check in a bit early on a friday. Beds were a little hard for our taste, but ok. A/c worked but i like it cooler than it went down to, but it worked. Breakfast was decent for a free breakfast. Indoor pool, nice when it rained. Front desk staff was really good. Came to room twice, once to help with the room safes that were in process of being phased out, our room safe still worked. The brought a tv remote up near 11pm cause apparantly they either removed it on accident, or people before us lost it. Front desk was quick to respond. The only bad thing, is on the second floor, we had a mom and dad with 5 young kids next door so first night, it was quite noisy with banging and thumping and kids yelling. Not hotels fault that parents were inconsiderate for other guests, but also kids were all younger so, it happens. The carpets in stairwell to go upstairs needed replaced, but inside room was decent.
