Check-in was quick. Staff were excellent. Rooms were very nice and clean. Was a bit noisy around 10:00pm but didn't last long. Not sure if it was the neighbors out on the balcony. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Parking was very far from the door. Whether in the structure or open lot. You better be able to walk to get your car. I thought I had booked a room with a view of the lake but our view was of catering tents behind the building. Some friends came to see us at 8:30 PM for a drink. I asked to sit at a table so the 4 of us could talk but the hostess refused saying it was only for food service and made us sit at the bar. Thus I couldn't talk to who was on the end. No one was eating at 8:30, the tables were all empty. The maid service was only once in our 3 days and we had to ask for it.

I spent almost 500 night for A balcony room. The curtains were ripped the bedside phone had ketchup all over it the shampoo and soap in shower was empty none of the sanitizers in the building were full and there were bugs and spider webs and dead birds all over the exterior of the hotel. I was so dissapointed
