Tv didn’t work properly told the front deck but did not fix the problem then the key to the room didn’t work wanna meet a wait while they fixed it and was freezing cold and I made them switch my room and they made a big deal about it. When I told them I was gonna move to another hotel. They finally switched my room very upset with the front desk and I want this to be passed on to the manager.Been staying here on and off for months Erie Pa 2 rooms a week

Noisy and Cold Room
I usually have good stays at Red Roof Inns, but this one was a poor stay. There was a noticeable gap between the door and the trim, allowing in both cold air and noise. The highway is very close, and with the gap in the door, the room was extremely noisy form highway noise. We hung out coats around the door to try to prevent all the cold air from chilling the room. The front desk staff were friendly and check-in was easy, but I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

The hotel I supposed to be smoke free. We opened up the door into our room and all you could smell is smoke. The ceilings were yellow. The linen including bedsheets smelled like smoke. I’d never say here again.

Very affordable however my husband and I left with beey sore backs after staying for 2 nights. The bed was awful (springs are non existent) and the pillows small and flat. Would rather pay a bit more for comfort than suffering in pain from a bad sleep!

The proximity to shopping was good. The Mattress was old and incredibly soft. The room was really noisy due to the highway being so close. The staff couldn’t print me a receipt at check out. Did they would email if. When I asked what email address they couldn’t verify my email? It seems that when you book through Expedia they don’t give a lot of effort.

Staff was friendly and the rooms appeared to be clean however the other party we were traveling with found a bed bug in their room. While checking in, the visitor infront of me was complaining about bed bugs. Also rooms facing the interstate are very noisy. Won’t be staying here again.
