Our riad experience
Very friendly staff and were super helpful when I had to go and visit the local hospital. It's location is right in the centre of the bustling medina so restaurants and interesting shops are everywhere. However we needed to change the duvet covers as they were dirty in both rooms. There was a lack of windows and hence not much ventilation so the bathroom got quite smelly. All in all it wasn't as clean as we would have liked.

A little hard to find but like all Riads it looks rough outside but was quite nice inside. Considering the age of most of them it’s amazing. Definitely not what people would call 1st class but comfortable

Loved this hotel!
We loved our stay at the Dar Nafoura Mogador. We were warmly welcomed and settled into our beautifully decorated room, which was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade since we were the only guests. The hotel is well located within the medina. It was easy to get to from the parking lot. Breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Lovely, colorful place in the wind city of Africa
A beautiful, well-renovated place inside the Medina. The place is quiet despite being in the city center, and the service was top-notch. The internet in the room was not working, so that could be an improvement, otherwise I was pretty satisfied. Thanks to Gema for the tips, and to Simon for his helpfulness.

nice place for a short visit. The only problem is the humidity as the Ryiad does not have air condition. Also it is very very noisy and if you want to have some privacy it will difficult. You could hear any noise from other rooms. Staff is very nice and helpful. Location is great and breakfast is simple but nice and good.

Lovely hotel in Essaouria
My wife and I stayed here for four days during out visit to Essaouria. The hotel staff are friendly and looked after us during our stay. The hotel is well located in the middle of he medina, very accessible and easy to find, and only some 10 to 15 minutes away from the beach. Breakfast is served in a beautiful terrace (weather permitting). Would definitely come here again!
