Five Stars for Brittany
I would like to commend Brittany assisrant GM from the front desk, what an exceptional customer service, she help us change our room and even called me back to update us while we were out. She went above and beyond. The breakfast buffet is not good, no meat, food was barely warm and when the pancake machine run out of batter, the guy couldnt figure out how to replace it.

Failure to clean two rooms over a 3-day period. When we reported this, we were accused of leaving Do Not Disturb sign on doors. They were not on the doors.

We came for parents weekend. Arrived before our check in time and was able to leave our car and Uber to west Chester campus. Came back later in the day to check in. Staff was accommodating and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Every thing was perfect. Just the person in connecting room was screaming a bit then stopped after 10 minutes. Sometimes some noise is ok as long as it stops. The workers in the hallway need to be a bit less loud. Bed and very pillows were comfortable.

I was very pleased with the room over all. The main issue tub needs some rough grips on bottom so not so slippery. One other issue the pull to put on shower water does not allow full water to come through. Most of water stays coming out of lower faucet to fill tub.
