We have rented the cabins twice now since our daughter has been at Edinboro University. They are perfect! Clean, spacious, convenient location, pet friendly and on beautiful grounds. We will definitely rent again.

This property is a throwback to summers spent by a like. The cabin was very good with modern conveniences and a beautiful lake view. It was just two of us but would be a great stay for a family or larger party of friends and family.

The owner was amazing. Our cabins hot water heater went bad. So the 2nd day we were there I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. As soon as I texted Bridget { I think that was her name} she was over there immediately to figure out what was wrong. So she told us to move to another cabin { which was a bigger and beautiful cabin}. She offered to help move our stuff and everything. She couldn't have been more accommodating then she was. She thought we were upset. This was out of anybody's control. These things happen!! How could we be upset when she kept apologizing and was so very nice. Plus I had trouble with the TV and she came over twice to help us with it. This would have been the 4th year we have gone there and we attend to go every year after this.

Hidden gem, will be back.
Took the family here for a quick weekend getaway on the lake. Our cabin was spotlessly clean and comfortable, had a great time grilling on the deck. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant which seems to be very new. Great food and service, and beautiful view of the lake while you eat. Unfortunately we were not there on an evening with live music, but they have a great stage setup and it must be quite a venue. Communication was outstanding, received text messages when the cabin was ready for check-in. Had a little trouble finding a parking spot, so I sent a text to the number provided and received an immediate response with directions on where to park (I was only a few feet from where I should park but wanted to be sure it was permitted. Busy night at the restaurant so spaces were at a premium). Life jackets, kayaks and canoes available for guests at no extra cost, so we got to spend some time on the lake. Will definitely be back.

I was disappointed in the sleeping accomodations - the twin bunk bed were right in the hallway next to the bathroom. While a coffee pot was provided there were no filters to use with the coffee I brought. Typically I do not have to take out the trash for any place except when camping. Being listed on a hotel site this was not the usual. FOr the price it was not the best choice.

Nice getaway
Grounds workers were very responsive and friendly. Relaxing place, I would revisit again (this time I would take advantage of free kayaks). Place was cozy and quiet. My only notes would be, the cooking/heating unit was right up against the wall of bedroom and made the room "buzz" and vibrate loudly. We had to turn it completely off in order to sleep. The comforters could use washed (not a big deal but I did notice that) and a fly swatter available would be helpful, as the place had a fly or two inside upon arrival and with it being next to a lake.. Flying bugs inside probably is a common occurrence.
