This place is a wonderful, low key but beautiful place to stay. Amazing beds. Nice view, and my doggie loved it too! I have stayed here many times and glad to see it hasn't changed much!!!!

This was our first time at this location. We stayed in the pet friendly room. It was quiet and we liked the balcony views. The room was dirty and the floor was slanted. Made us feel like the room could collapse. Shower was great. One bed was rough and one was okay. Not sure if we will stay here again. The closeness to the dunes is pretty hard to resist if you have family playing on them!

Rooms are nothing like the pictures online. Tiny with low ceilings that you can touch. Balcony that has a view of chainlink fence, weeds and bushes. They do offer a good breakfast but I would never stay there again. Sad that was our last night of vacation.

This is not a new property and the bathroom counterspace is a lot smaller than what we expect from a modern hotel. The pool and very small jacuzzi are down 2 steep flights of stairs. The price seemed a little high for this hotel but probably within keeping for the town.

Room was very worn, peeling wall paper, broken door jam. Front door scarred and peeling paint. Somewhat musty because it is close to the beach. Everything was functional. Scenery gorgeous, balcony view of the Siuslaw River. Bed was comfortable. Wouldn't stay here again. Tried to move rooms, was offered another that wan't up to par either.

We have stayed several times at this motel and love everything except the tight parking, exiting the parking lot and noisy exterior walkways. It’s not enough to keep us away but I’m sure some people would have trouble in the parking lot with a big SUV or have a hard time exiting the steep parking lot on a rainy day.

Great stay
Great hotel on the river. We stayed in a large king room with balcony. Highly recommend . I did think it had an ocean view but that was my mistake having never been to Oregon before. Staff was friendly. Breakfast omelette were delicious . Located off a windy road and it sneaks up on you quick. Only bad I would say is doors are heavy and loud when you close so you can hear other guests coming and going
