Perfectly located and staff was amazing. We had requested valet service so we didn't have to worry about parking and it went without a hitch. Rooms were comfortable and the included breakfast was plenty with various choices available. We had breakfast on the outside terrace with the view of the Duomo, magical. I totally recommend this hotel.

My Wife and I stayed for a few days whilst traveling through Italy for our 20-yr anniversary trip. The staff are amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding attractions and restaurants. The hotel is located so conveniently from many attractions at your door step. The included breakfast is a must, the spread is fantastic.

Good location, but staff gave poor recommendations (for thier own benefit, eg restaurants) and AC is controlled by front desk who turn off when you leave and if they don’t know you return, your AC will be deactivated. I understand the environmental factor but spending the night without ac in that heat was not nice. We had no idea until after what the problem was.

B&B Hotel Firenze Laurus al Duomo Is a good quality hotel that is located in a great position to explore the sights of Florence, around 200m from the Duomo and within easy walking distance to the major tourist sites, also within walking distance of the train station for those who are flying into Pisa and transferring to Florence by train. Rooms were comfortable and of a good size, bed was comfortable and shower was excellent, breakfast was plentiful although a little limited but certainly adequate for starting of your day. Although the hotel is situated in a busy part of Florence the room was quiet and did not suffer from street noise. Staff at the hotel were helpful and were ready to give recommendations on where to eat. I would not have any hesitation in recommending this hotel for anyone who wants to visit this beautiful city.

Centrally located to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and more than accommodating. Breakfast buffet was really nice and fresh. We would definitely stay here again!
