This is an excellent hotel to stay in Florence. Close to major landmarks and restaurants. You can take a walk along the river. Hotel staff are excellent and friendly. We left a phone in the room after checkout and they called us and we got the phone back. We are so appreciative. The hotel room is spacious with comfortable beds.great view from our room. AC was nice and strong. Roof top bar was excellent and we enjoyed sunset there with great view. I recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to Florence.

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms, elegant. Located right by the river Arno, 10 minutes walk to the historic downtown. Friendly staff. Roof terrace with pool and bar/restaurant offers spectacular views of the city. Friendly staff nd super helpful staff. A great value.

Avoid staying!!!!
I was disappointed with are stay at the hotel, the only plus was the location and the concierge staff! Hotel is tired and needs renovating! The pool area has no sun loungers just tables so not relaxing! And pool is more the size of a hydro tub! Breakfast was nothing special and we didn’t bother after day 2! Definitely wouldn’t stay here again but I would go back to Florence

The rooftop bar is an absolute must, the views are amazing (especially special in the evening). Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, central but also removed from the hussle and bussle.
