The hotel was nice and the pool was great. It was a pretty quick walk to downtown Florence. The room was just okay; the bed was not comfortable at all. Staff was nice and having access to free laundry was good too.

Nice place to stay
This hotel is a wonderful choice for a comfortable stay, with a great vibe throughout. One of the highlights is the stunning rooftop lounge and pool area, offering breathtaking views of the city. There’s also a lovely café with options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and the service is excellent. Hotel provides washing and drying machines, which is incredibly convenient. There are quiet spaces to relax, and if you’re on a business trip, you’ll find areas to work as well. Overall, it’s a delightful experience!

48 hours in Florence
Great hotel with a rooftop pool which was perfect for the hot weather! Very modern and clean with friendly staff. A little far out of the main city centre - 25 minute walk but this wasn’t a big deal. The only con was that the bed was uncomfortable and it was a little noisy with our room being on the same side as the main road. Aside from this I would recommend as it was great value for money!

I loved the staff! Very considerate and nice when I arrived. They had the room ready before the check in time and allowed me to go in and were kind enough to call taxi. The place itself is great with the rooftop pool. The view is pretty and great place to socialize. There is a coffee shop, breakfast, restaurant, gym, outdoor bar, and overall you felt like staying there. The room was nice and clean.

Such a great property can’t wait to see where they open next. Loved the staff and the overall energy of the place. Felt like I was in collage again rooms are like dorms. Love that they had laundry service, this was a huge plus for us.

Everything about this place is amazing. The only thing I wish they had was better electrical outlets in the room- there are no outlets bedside to keep your phone and charge and the ones that are available are two pin only. So if you have three pin adapter you are out of luck.

Loved it! Super comfortable for a group of 7
We loved this hotel. Very modern and young vibe, similar to an Aloft which was a nice change after Venice. Swings in the lobby set the tone. And the gym - wow. Really nice gym and pool with a beautiful city view. The building is a converted office building so it’s cool and large. Great location too, and you’re greeted with a smile at check in.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay and were quite impressed with the location, staff and everything included in our stay. We’re grateful to the staff for their help in getting us taxis too when we needed it. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others!

Room far too hot, lights didnt work properly, had to get two lifts to our room, some of the lifts out of order or occupied by staff so had to keep walking up and down 6 levels of the hotel, have to get a separate lift to the gym and a separate one to the pool, all very inconvenient, not allowed to sit on the terrace near the pool until 8.30am eventhough staff were sitting out there smoking.

Greta hotel, lots of activities to do
Social hub Florence was amazing! Such a cool hotel, with loads of different areas you can chill out in, or do things in which was really fun. About a 15 minute walk to the centre of Florence town. Majority of staff we encouraged were super lovely, particular reception was fantastic. Only let down was at the pool bar, there was one rude staff member, he just didn’t make us feel welcome which was a pity.
